B.E.R. Property Services Pty Ltd is an air conditioning installation and refrigeration business. We have been established since 2001 starting off as a sole trader but increasing to now having 11 employees.

With over 20 years experience in the industry Marc draws up designs for airconditioning requirements. We have strong relationships with suppliers who will help advise on best designs where required.

Marc and Natalie pride themselves on being a husband and wife team with a friendly approach to clients and a company policy to get the job done correctly the first time using only the best possible products and providing quality service.
